As a part of activities of the EU project for local communities, the expert team of the consulting company nLogic Advisory was engaged in the development of the main project of the photovoltaic (PV) power plant on the building of the City of East Sarajevo. The project was implemented by the German non-governmental organization Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe e.V. Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Centre for Civil Society Promotion (CPCD), with the financial support of the European Union in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The design of the PV power plant included several steps and considerations to ensure an efficient, safe and economically viable implementation. The key aspects of the design were an on-site visit, topographical analysis, all-day monitoring of sun movement, in order for the nLogic Advisory team to determine that the surrounding objects do not create a shadow on the surface intended for the installation of the PV power plant. The construction part of the project was designed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. Spatial layout, number and interconnected PV panels, inverters, distribution cabinets and other equipment are adapted with the aim to optimize the PV power plant. The project showcases the description of the technological process and the conditions of use of the plant.
By installing the photovoltaic (PV) power plant, our client will achieve a greater degree of utilization of renewable energy sources, energy efficiency, clean energy, implement smart solutions, and reduce air pollution.
